John P. Yimoyines

John Yimoyines is responsible for sourcing and evaluating deals as well as providing critical advice on value creation through operational improvement, business strategy, supply chain management, and competitive market positioning across our portfolio. 

 

John is a seasoned and highly successful Senior Executive with over 35 years of experience in both the specialty chemical and industrial chemical industries.  He has spent much of his career in the merger and acquisition arena and has served on the Board of several companies in Asia, Europe, and North America, including EQUATE in Kuwait, Optimal  in Malaysia, Polimerieuropa in Italy,  NUC in Japan and Univation in the US.  Most recently, John was a Group Vice President and President of a ~$1 billion global business/P&L at Nalco Company, which is a Fortune 500 global leader in the specialty chemical industry.  . 

 

Prior to joining Nalco, John was a Vice President at Dow Chemical Company ($58 billion annual revenue) and held progressive leadership roles such as VP & General Manager of Specialty Polyolefins, VP of Technology Licensing and Business Development, etc. John is a true change agent for driving profitable growth across North and South America, Asia, and Europe.  

 

John earned his M.B.A. from Seton Hall University and holds a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Tufts University.
