Wayne Carney is responsible for sourcing and evaluating deals as well as providing critical advice on value creation through operational improvement, business strategy, supply chain management, and competitive market positioning across our portfolio. 

 

Wayne was most recently a Vice President at Dow Chemical (formerly Rohm and Haas Company), a Fortune 500 global leader within the specialty chemicals industry.  As a seasoned and highly successful Senior Executive, he has over 30 years of specialty chemical experience in both the B2B and B2C space, which includes both products and services. He served various executive roles within Rohm and Haas Company, such as President of Canadian Salt Company, Vice President and Business Unit Director of Formulation Chemicals, Business Manager for Agricultural Chemicals and Herbicides, etc.  Wayne’s experience includes progressive leadership roles in general business management running the P&L, sales and marketing, and purchasing.  Over the years, Wayne has served on both public, private and various joint-venture companies around the world.

Wayne holds a B.Sc. degree in Chemistry and a M.Sc. degree in Environmental Biology from the University of Guelph in Ontario, Canada.
