George J. Wasilczyk

Title: Operating Advisor

As an Operating Advisor, George Wasilczyk plays a critical role in Ennovance’s deal team, sourcing deals, performing due diligence and providing critical insights on market dynamics and technology assessment.

 

George is a seasoned operating executive with more than 30 years of experience in the specialty chemical industry, with a unique skill set that includes P&L management, global marketing, R&D and technology leadership.  Most recently, he was a Vice President with ICI (now Akzo Nobel, $15 billion in revenues.) and Henkel ($21 billion in revenues) where he was responsible for profitable growth.  Prior to ICI, George was General Manager at Air Products, a Fortune500 company ($9 billion in revenues), having started with the company as Manager of Applications Development and Technical Services and holding numerous roles of progressively increasing responsibility.

 

George earned his B.S. and M.S. in Chemistry from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. He currently resides in Pennsylvania.
