As an Operating Advisor, Bill Antonace is responsible for sourcing deals, performing due diligence, and providing critical advice on operations, strategy, and supply chain management across our portfolio. 

 

Bill was most recently a Senior Vice President (SVP) at Celanese, a Fortune 350 global leader in the specialty chemical industry ($6.8 billion in sales). He is a seasoned and highly successful Senior Executive with nearly 30 years of experience in the specialty chemical industry.  Prior to joining Celanese, Bill was an Executive Vice President (EVP) and the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of North America for Symrise, Inc., which is a leading global manufacturer in the fragrances and flavors market ($1.5 billion in sales) where he achieved operational excellence and significant profitable sales growth.  Bill also held progressive leadership roles such as Vice President and Director of Logistics / Supply Chain at Pactiv Corp ($3 billion in sales) and Group Vice President of Operations at The Sherwin Williams Company ($8 billion in sales).

Bill is a true change agent with experience in both public companies and PE Firms. He has led and managed thousands of employees, and communicated his vision of operational excellence and profitable growth across North and South America, Asia, Europe, and Australia.

Bill earned his M.B.A. in 1984 from Baldwin Wallace College where he majored in management and systems and holds a B.A. in Accounting from David N. Myers University.
