Lou Loosbrock
Title: Operating Advisor

As an Operating Advisor, Lou Loosbrock is responsible for sourcing deals, performing due diligence, providing investment advice, and providing advice on strategy, operations, add-on acquisitions, sales, and marketing across our portfolio.  He is a seasoned and highly successful Senior Executive with over 30 years of experience with Nalco Company, which is a Fortune 500 global leader in the specialty chemical industry.

Prior to joining Ennovance, Lou was a Group Vice President and President of Industrial and Institutional Services, Heavy Industry (the largest SBU at Nalco, $3 billion P&L) from 2007 to 2008.  He served as a Group Vice President and President of the Pacific division from 2003 to 2007 and as a Group Vice President and President of the Pulp & Paper, Industrial and Institutional Services division ($1billion P&L) from 2002 to 2003.  He also served as General Manager of Global Mining from 1998 to 2002 and many other strategic management roles since he began his career with Nalco in 1977.

Lou holds a B.S. degree in Engineering from the University of Minnesota.
