Wade Roberts
Title: Senior Advisor

Wade Roberts was previously President and CEO of C&D Technologies, which is a public company listed on the NYSE.  Wade is an accomplished Senior Executive with over 30 years of experience leading and advising both large public and smaller, privately-held companies, including portfolio companies owned by KKR. His broad experience includes a variety of niche, specialty manufacturing companies with sales ranging from $50 million to over $500 million. 

In addition to his industrial leadership assignments, Wade worked for McKinsey and Company as a strategy consultant with a primary emphasis on product / market strategies for industrial firms.  Wade’s extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions (with both public companies and private equity Firms), turnarounds, and strategy development, enables him to envision the opportunities for both organic and acquired growth while capitalizing on the inevitable cost reduction opportunities, without sacrificing competitive advantage.  Wade also serves on the Board of an LLR portfolio company and heads a regional group of executives focused on the private equity community.

Wade earned his M.B.A. from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and holds a B.S. in Applied Mathematics from the United States Naval Academy.
