Monte Krier

Title: Operating Advisor

 

As an Operating Advisor, Monte Krier is responsible for performing due diligence, and providing critical advice on operations, strategy, marketing and sales management across our portfolio. 

 

Monte currently serves on the Investment Committee at the South Dakota School of Mines and Technology Foundation. 

 

Monte has over 30 years of experience with Nalco Chemical Company (Now an Ecolab company) where he was Vice President of Corporate Marketing with responsibility for their worldwide marketing strategy and sales efforts.  Prior to that, he was President and General Manager of Nalco Diversified Technologies a wholly owned subsidiary.  He also served as Division Vice President of Marketing for Nalco Europe as well as Marketing Manager for both Nalco’s WATERGY and UNISOLV business units.  Monte joined Nalco in 1973 as a sales representative and held various sales management positions.

 

Monte holds a BS degree in Chemical Engineering from the South Dakota School of Mines and Technology in Rapid City, South Dakota.
