General criteria:

 

· Equity investment target of up to $200 million in each portfolio company. Ennovance can provide significantly more equity capital for each investment from our strategic co-investor base with whom we have strong relationships.

· Revenues typically between $20 million and $750 million, EBITDA up to $150 million, and Enterprise Value up to $750 million.

· Broader chemicals industry in the US with the flexibility to invest globally.

· Privately / family-owned businesses, corporate carve-outs, and public-to-privates.

· Buyout, recapitalization, turnaround, and growth equity investments.
