Bill Antonace was most recently a Senior Vice President (SVP) of Celanese, a Fortune 350 global leader in specialty chemical industry ($6.8B in sales). He is a seasoned and highly successful operating executive with nearly 30 years of experience in the specialty chemical industry.

Prior to joining Celanese, Bill was Executive Vice President (EVP) and Chief Operating Officer (COO) of North America for Symrise, Inc. a leading global luxury goods manufacturer in the fragrances and flavors market ($1.5B in sales) where he achieved operational excellence and significant profitable sales growth.

Bill also held progressive leadership roles such as Vice President of Supply Chain at Pactiv Corp ($3 B in sales) and Group Vice President of Operations at The Sherwin Williams Company ($8 B in sales).

Bill is a true change agent with experience in both public companies and PE Firms. He has led and managed thousands of employees, and communicated his vision of operational excellence and profitable growth across The Americas, Asia and Europe.

Bill earned his MBA from Baldwin Wallace College majoring in management and systems in 1984 and has a BA in Accounting.
