Our team

Mr. Beiter brings a unique combination of corporate finance and strategy experience to Ennovance Capital worldwide. His assignments covered chemical, pharmaceutical and energy industries in over 30 countries, including China, Middle East, Latin America, and Europe.

He was an investment banker in Citibank’s global chemicals and pharmaceuticals industry group involved in cross-border transaction, structured finance and commercial strategy.

Prior to Citibank, Mr. Beiter was a senior consultant with McKinsey & Co. in their chemicals practice in Houston and Europe. At McKinsey, he worked with industrial and institutional clients in the chemical, pharmaceutical and energy industry on strategic, organizational and operational issues. Earlier, he was a Principal at Chem Systems focused on developing the strategic planning practice. He began his career as a consulting engineer with the Lummus Company.

Russell holds a B.S.M.E. with highest honors from Rutgers University, and M.B.A. from Columbia University. He is based in Westchester, New York
